Not bad. Just a few things I'd fix:
On the decline, don't have as much chest bounce as you have. I mean, yours isn't nearly as bad as some, but there is still some bounce. Same thing with the flatbench.
On the overhead press, maybe put a little bit of lower body into it. By that, I just mean give yourself a little kick with your calves. Not a whole ton, but some. Not saying you did bad though.
Do your skullcrushers (well, that's what I call them) with a curl bar, not a straight bar. Helps you put more stress on the triceps, and better for your wrists.
Other than that, solid workout.

I am all about sharing positive ideas with my friends Kevin, and I believe that your video workouts, show that you are getting stronger and overall you have good form. All of your progress is a great accomplishment. Since we are both short guys; I am working hard to follow your example. Please 'Private Message' me back and let me know how your cardio training and running is going. Did running help you lose alot of weight? And are you still doing alot of miles in order to get leaner and more cut?
Your video workouts are excellent, I hope we can communicate and share positive information and training ideas with each other. GREAT JOB BRO!--WORKING HARD, LOSING WEIGHT, and I am getting LIGHT AND LEAN !
