    What's your first meal of the day brahs ?

    Hey bro's , just woke up and can never be phucked to make my first meal , I just had 4 Eggs with 2 slices of wholemeal bread/toast . Not very tasty as its the morning . So what's does everyone else eat for their first meal ? Post below brahs so everyone can see and I can get some ideas

    Most people have the standard stuff:
    Eggs,bread,cereal,protein shake and I know some people even have the leftovers from the previous night..

    I usually wait about 1-2 hours before I eat breakfast because I don't feel hungry straight away

    I'm in ketosis so did mild cardio then had 2 spicy beef burgers (non-processed fresh stuff), and 2 scrambled eggs, with tonnes of smoked tabasco. Was awesome and meaty.

    This is what I eat. + 50 grams of some high protein smoked ham and some salsa dip to go with the scrambled eggs.

    The sause and ham really enhance the taste.

    Talking my breakfast is better.

    Tbone five egg omelet with cheese and two cups of oats with bluebarries and a giant cup of whole milk . Its about 4 cups maybe five. I also still have a six pack.
