Hey bro's , just woke up and can never be phucked to make my first meal , I just had 4 Eggs with 2 slices of wholemeal bread/toast . Not very tasty as its the morning . So what's does everyone else eat for their first meal ? Post below brahs so everyone can see and I can get some ideas

Most people have the standard stuff:
Eggs,bread,cereal,protein shake and I know some people even have the leftovers from the previous night..
I usually wait about 1-2 hours before I eat breakfast because I don't feel hungry straight away| Word Hard | Stay Humble | Veni | Vidi | Vici

5 slices of whole wheat bread. 3 with chicken breast, 1 with 3 egg Whites and 1 with ham. Than I eat 200g of low fat yogurt and a cup of green tea.
