judge for yourself.. i havent touched a weight before cuase im lazy as ****.. i wanna start lifting cause i have strong hands which is good right... i dont like my arms.. my forearm looks horrible for some reason... i have a fat ass cause i lost 60 lbs so i need to tighten that **** up with strength..my shoulder looks unhealthy for some reason as well..
u know i cant do 5 press ups .. i collapse on floor ... i am weak
