    anxiety ruining my life

    ok so this started about 6 months ago and it has been getting worse. I suffer from anxiety and i can lose my appetite completely and if i try to force myself i start gagging. Also, when i have sport my mouth goes completely dry and i drink water(doesn't work) and i start gagging and can't play. Also, even in normal lessons i can start gagging. When i'm with my friends this sometimes happens too. The only time when i'm normal is at home. Has anyone experienced this before and how can i stop it without meds? It's ruining my life

    Yeah I have it too brah. If I get too anxious I gag and occasionally puke. It fcking sucks, no idea how to get rid of it.

    Dude I see myself in this post. It got at its worst probably after the holidays. I was in 1st period got thru my 6th panic attack of the day, said phuck it went to the bathroom and threw up. I still get it but not to that point. I know I'm going to have to deal with it tomr because I have a presentation :/ sometimes I wish I had a prescription just to have for the bad moments.

    Don't worry... if you wanna know a secret.....The key to anxiety lightening up is to accept it. Like yeah, I feel like ****, I've felt this way before....if I throw up I throw up. It's not gunna kill you. When you think like this and prepare for the anxiety it starts coming in lighter and lighter waves.
