    stack check? will i gain?

    I posted a thread like this a few minutes ago but it was brought to my attention that is was quite a waste. heres a new one.

    Mass Gainer Protein
    Creatine
    Jack3d
    CycloTest
    ZMA
    DVS RAW (HGH)

    sound good? if not, give me something better. I do want to include some test/hgh supps.

    Look you can include all the natty test and hgh products you want but they won't help you gain mass, especially at your age. The ZMA is worthless too. Add fish oil, add a multi, eat a ton of food, take creatine, and you will gain. It's really pretty simple. Doing squats is going to boost your GH level way more than a natural supp.

    I would stay away from Jack3d since there's been some deaths, but other than that the only thing I'd say is some BCAA/Aminos. I really Like Amino1 from Musclepharm, but there's a million of em to choose. I also use glutamine regularly to aid recovery/GH release

    1) Jack3d is perfectly safe if you follow the instructions and don't go running a marathon after consuming 5 scoops.

    2) Glutamine is also a waste.

    Agree drop the HGH and just get some Protein powder, Creatine, Multi, Fish Oil, and i think the Jack3d micro is better the the regular Jack3d so check it out when you buy some next time
