About Me:
My name is Stephen and I'm 23 years old. I am an accounting major at the University of Texas at Dallas. Between work and school, it's a miracle I have time to lift but bodybuilding has become quite an addiction. I started lifting in August 2012 at a starting weight of 147 pounds (feelsbadman). Over the course of 28 weeks, I've gained a little over 20 pounds. I'm looking forward to steadily gaining weight at a slow pace to stay relatively lean and I'm excited to start my first official log with some promising products.
Goals:

Training:
One of my goals is to continue increasing strength. When I first started lifting in August, I could only squat 5x95 and benched even less than that. I am very happy with my progress since then (just about doubling the weights in everything) and continue to see weekly strength increases. I am essentially following a Starting Strength routine (heavy compounds, 3x/week) with an added 4th day for lagging groups/isolation exercises. I [try to] workout Friday, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Throughout this log, I won't be spending much time listing my workouts; rather, I'd like to describe my thoughts on the supplements at hand because we all know diet is what dictates gains. I am a stickler about form and will sacrifice ego and weight for proper form every time. Below is a generic routine that I tend to follow:
A:
Bench Press - 3x5
Squat - 3x5
Dips - 2x8
Deadlift - 1x5
B:
Overhead Press - 3x5
Squat - 3x5
Power Clean - 3x5
Chinups - 3x8
Isolation:
Bicep Curls - 2x10-12
Tricep Extensions - 2x8-10
Weighted Abdominals - 3x12
Calf Raises - 3x10
Lateral/Side Raises - 3x10
Diet:
IIFYM. I track my calories very tediously and shoot between 3,000-3,300 calories and 150-170g protein a day. Whole milk is a very big piece of my diet (between 1/2-1 gallon/day). Between milk and whey to reach my protein macros, I fill the rest of my diet with whatever I can get my hands on. I could eat "cleaner", so to speak, but it's all good.

× There is a bridge of four weeks between this log and my current run with Arachadonic Acid. For this reason, I may tamper with dosing from time to time to avoid excess enhanced vasodilation between ArA and the nitrates present in Tropinol XP.
× I [just] caught the flu yesterday. This means I'm likely to take the week off from lifting prior to the start of this log for my body to fully recover.
