Hi I just wanted to show you some of my bulking pics
Currently training for 6 years, stats you can find underneath my avatar.
Due to a accident in my knee, my legs are a bit behind, my upperbody.
They are growing again...training my legs 2 times a week.
Think the muscle memory will keep them growing, since I had good legs before the accident.
