i fight at 155 and walk around at 163-168. i wanna fight at 145 or 135 but its kinda difficult for me to cut 30 pounds to even think about 135. i wanna get my walk around weight down to about 152-155 so i can have that option. i need a good diet that anyone knows about to lose the weight for good (that means no low carb diets) along with supplements to help with the weight loss.

What do you train, why do you want to lose so much weight? I train bjj and I find that rolling with someone within 20lbs of my own body weight doesn't really make a difference. I'm guessing this is for MMA. What are the weight classes? Can you weigh 149 and compete in the 145 to 149 weight class? In an upcoming bjj tournament I might compete in there's a weight class from 152.5 to 168lbs. I walk around at about 155 so I will try to cut down to 150, but I wouldn't dare trying to cut down to like 135 so I can be in the next weight class.
