But I guess my maintenance to be easily 4k+. I eat around 4-7k a day and don't really gain too much weight. Maybe 2lbs a month

Feels bad not gettin strong. To gain successfully and bulk properly I'd probly need lik 8k srs. It took me 2 years eatin like this to gain 30lbs. Including water weight and initial gainz

Typical day. I kno it's not 7k but I'm not gaining on this. I was up to 7k to even get my fukkin weight to crawl to 170. Took September to now to do it eating 6-7k.

lulz i gained steady weight averagin like .75 lbs/week on 3200/week and thought i was starving.....


now im cutting at about 2600 and HOLY FCKING SH!T IM HUNGRY
