I recently started working out my back with heavy weights again, after a lengthy recovery from a debilitating injury.
I added heavy T-Bar Rows and deadlifts into my routine and I feel amazing
Just felt like awaring the teen misc on an exercise I rarely see performed in the gym. Too many people are obsessed with Lat Pulldowns but no one ever does heavy ass T-Bar or Regular Barbell Rows.

T-bar row brah checking in. Love them but atm, I'm doing between 10-15 reps without resetting the weight after each rep. Might have to up the weight and reset after each rep and see how I go; not sure though.

i know this is an old post but id like to add that these are a great exercise
once you start actually using your back instead of using all arms and momentum to bring it up i feel like it hits them very well, and my back has seen good progress. It may or may not be from this exercise, but i believe this one works real good
