    Oatmeal Recipes

    Hey everybody,

    My favorite way to start my day, is a full energetic oatmeal.

    My recipe:

    3 spoons of Oats, cooked (Quaker)
    1 tea spoon of Honey
    1 fruit (sometimes peach, apple or half banana)
    Some of Cocoa Powder (without sugar)

    Now many of you will tell me that i should add some Protein Powder, but i haven't started bulking yet.

    mine is pretty simple....
    1/2cup oatmeal
    1 nectarine
    1 scoop of protein
    little bit of cinnamon

    sometimes i'll put in a tsp of peanut butter
    Runner Crew (48.6 miles Dopey Challenge -- Completed)
    Skinny to fat back to skinny crew
    Just say no to Carbs

    you dont have to be bulking to add protein in your oatmeal. its simply personal taste preference and a way of adding protein into an otherwise protein sparce meal. but whatever floats your boat!

    If i'm in a need for more flavor than just oatmeal i add cinnamon and raisins

    like to keep it simple:

    - oats, honey, raisins, milk in the microwave (sometimes without the raisins)


    if you don't like that recipe then you don't like oatmeal period.
