    My peer reviewed opinion shows that 100% of people that come into contest using the rapid fat loss diet by lye mcdonald 2 weeks out for 10 days, then eat maitaince days 11-14 while using a glyogen depeletion workout for upper and lower body on days 12 and 13 win 100% of their contests.

    thats all you need to win, nothing to do with hormones just ask layne norton and neil armstrong. Both all natural athletes that are the best at what they do! They tell us they have been natural from the start and just have great training. Take their advice if you want to be an all natural champion

    Rests are indicated on the programs, 60-90 seconds tops for this program so far, up to 120 on some of the squats.

    Everyone is different on how far they can push, it just comes down to your goals and where you want to go. Moving up a weight class wont be fun getting a bit uncomfortable, but its just a matter of time, dedication, and consistency. Im just going to train hard and let time play its part, and may as well have some fun in the mean time.
