So a little background on me - Used to be 6' 145-150 lbs since I can remember played sports in HS and even dabbled in college. If only I had the mentality and determination I do now as I did then maybe I could of made something out of sports but oh well. I transferred to school back around home (went to school in Maine) and roomed with a couple of old friends, this is when I started to lift. I never took my nutrition seriously like most noobs starting out and I just stuffed face and dreamer bulked to 185-188 (mostly fat). So from there I started to cut slowly and started to look good and that's where it took a turn, I broke both my ulna and radius snowboarding. I was depressed and lost all of my gains went back down to about 155-160 and I had to start all over again. So from here I have bulked up to about 175-180 (haven't weighed in ~2 weeks) and I'm probably ~12-13%.

preWO - FocusXT (blue raz) + 1-1.5 COP both ~45 minutes before
Program - I will be using a format of Layne's PHAT around the same rep scheme and similar exercises.

First workout today with FXT and COP, liked the results! I would like to start off by saying I did notice more endurance with 1g of COP in todays workout. Energy was nice and subtle while focus wasn't CRAZY but I could tell I was a bit more dialed in.

Today was a quick day, tried to keep all rest times under 60 seconds and I ended up puking a little in my mouth haha. Focus XT had me going good today, didn't care what was happening around me just wanted to crush the weights. IMO it gives you kind of a euphoric feeling. 1 scoop FXT and 3 COP 35 minutes pre got me through this:

Thanks brother! Sunday and yesterday I worked a combined 24 hrs and then had a softball game (we won of course) so yesterday I left as an off day. Today is UPPER POWER my fav day of the week so I will be killing it.
Just an update: I will be heading away next week (Mon - Fri) and I know the place has a gym a descent one at that. I think I may just do a deload week seeing as how I haven't taken a real break in a long time, it will be a game time decision.

Felt amazing today, can definitely notice a big difference using COP and still trying to figure out if I'm just super motivated or if it's the FXT lol. Took 1 heaping scoop 45 mins prior and 2 500 mg COP ~20 min before and cruised to the gym.

Alright guys, I have not been slacking! I have hit the gym (last sat I hit back and I hit chest and tri's on Monday) was supposed to be on vacation and was doing a 3 day workout for deload but things came up and I am back home.
Diet hasn't been as strict (meaning hitting the 3.1-3.2 k cals a day) but I have been around there. Going to hit light shoulders and bi's today and hopefully I will get to weigh in.Fck your "Company rep rule violation"
