    I need a strict intense 6 week program... help please

    Hi guys,

    I want a really intense strict workout and diet plan.

    I know 6 weeks is a very small amoutn of time, however i have 3 weeks off work and then 3 weeks of half days so i want to get into the best shape i possibly can within these 6 weeks. I will obviously keep training steadily after this time period, this is a lifestyle not a quick fix i know.

    i just have 6 weeks where i am willing to be extremely strict with myself and really focus on the gym and be very strict with my diet i dont mind how long i spend training or how often ect.

    Can anyone suggest an intense plan i could follow please. (im female)
