oh, will be back only pics tonight, front tomorrow if i can see my physio.... my back is so far out its phucked, i cant stand straight even if i try
89.8kg cat funt... alot of weight sitting around mid section, i reeeeeeeally want my foot to heal so i can run it off. Devo to look at.

Daily calories (worked out in pounds)
Basic Calorie Needs: 171x11 = 1881
Metabolic Rate: 1881x0.45 = 846
Maintenance Needs: 1881+846 = 2727
Daily Calories : 2727 - 727 = 2000
Average meal size: 2000/6 = 333
I'm aware that 500 is a nice benchmark but 727 will allow me to lapse the cardio which I hate doing.
Here's what I'll be eating. I'm aware not all meals hit the 333 target but that's just a rough guide.
Meal 1:
1 Quaker oats Satchet ( 102 / 3.2P / 15.7C / 2.4F )
1 Hard-boiled Egg ( 70 / 6P / 1C / 4.5F )
