Each Sunday I'll post a new video. If I do another 9 weeks I should end at 7-8 %. At the start in September I was at 20 + %. I've been cutting on and off since then but now it's game on 100 %!!! Might do a competition this summer, not sure.

Another week done, another posing video made with 8 weeks remaining at least. Assuming I lose 4 kg consisting of only fat during these 8 weeks I should land at 7 % body fat. With some shaving and a tan I think the end result will be great.

You're around 13% body fat at the moment, so 6% to lose to get to 7%
That's 5kg at your current weight and if you retain all of your muscle
8 weeks and you should get there easily, provided that you can cope with cutting your cals more severely for the last few weeks"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Actually switched both quite drastically lately. Most of the time 4-5 lifting days per week. Calories at about 2000. Protein at about 3 g per kg body weight.
Another progress video. Locker room lighting is damn epic. Filmed in HD too, unlike these other videos.
Less than 7 weeks to go. Exciting!
