"on the bech press i usually start off with 205 doing it 5 times then once i ad my usual extra 5 pounds on i can barely do it twice. How can i increase my chest cardio? so i can rep heavy weight easier" -dc1992hp

I usually go to the bathroom and use the stall for disabled people. Put some paper towels on the ground and do some push-ups. Then do some isometric exercises like push against the wall. Also put your hands on the toilet seat and do some dips. When you come out of the bathroom try and keep pumped by staying active and flexing your muscles every once in a
while, covertly.

i try to remember what made the forums good compared to what they are now. it seems like back then people would troll every once in a while for ****s and giggles, and then people took it to a whole other level and started trolling because they really are trolls. also, there were a lot of pretty unique personalities that would constantly be posting on here.
