    What's good with brown rice

What would be good to go into brown rice with my chicken breasts that's not that fattening. I'm cutting and I need to know what I could use with my rice.

Like. For an example. Cream of mushroom. Just something that gives the rice a nice flavor.

I personally think Italian dressing is good with rice, chicken and veggies. I'd use that over butter. Just me though.

The only thing that's "fattening" is something that brings you above your daily caloric maintenance level.

Scrambled egg? Minced ham? Sauteed onions? All of the above?
    My guilty pleasure: excessive cardio.

Progress towards the 1000 lb club: 945/1000
Bulking until I hit 1000. I don't care if it takes a 40 pound weight gain. No more pussyfooting around.

Try cooking your rice with canned chicken stock instead of plain water.

    Hoisin and sriracha sauce FTW.

You could always use fat free cream of mushroom soup to keep the calories lower, but there is nothing wrong with fat as long as it fits in your macros.

Use the same quantity of chicken stock as you would water. I usually use fat-free canned stock and a 15 oz can only contains about 20 calories, an insignificant amount.

[QUOTE=ironwill2008;847299873]Try cooking your rice with canned chicken stock instead of plain water.[/QUOTE

This is what I do. I just throw a bullion cube into the water I make the rice with. Super easy. Buy a less processed brand from a whole foods store though, the typical supermarket ones are full of **** I can't pronounce.

Sometimes I also throw toasted onion flakes into the water too, they rehydrate as the rice cooks.

Ground beef and scrambled eggs. Mix it all together with rice. Add hot sauce. MONEY.

I usually throw rice on top of some frozen vegetables, then add tuna or chicken while it's still being grilled. Not the very best tasting meal in the world, but it's edible.
