    CL Popping My Log Cherry with WHITE BLOOD 2

    Welcome everyone to My first log every. thank you to Cl for letting me Log there new stim free White Blood 2 for 30 days. Please if you have any tips for logging or anything you lack me to add let me know. Im new remember



    Alittle Info bout me before I get started

    Im 5'9" and 155lbs. Yes Im currently Bulking lol(been skinny most my life)

    Im currently running 5/3/1 and loving itl. NO CARDIO for me. For one I have a hard enough time gaining weight. For two I hate it lol. I save that for cutting. Only cardio I might do is softball

    I take in around 3200-3500 cals a day with 189-200g of protein. Not super strict on calculating and mostly just guestimate. Im gaining bout 1/2-1lbs a week right now which Im happy with.

    My story

    Im 23 Married with two little girls (5ys and the other 6 months.)I work full time but always make it to the gym ateast 4 times a week. Iv been skinny my whole life and when I got married for 130lbs yuk!!! After a couple years I got up to 150lb but then was just skinny fat. SO I did p90x and insanity for about 9 months thinkin it would make me big and ripped. All that happened was I was skinny again and could do alot of pullups. So fast forward alittle I get on this site and learn bout proper diet and training. I join the gym bout 6 months ago and start 5/3/1 5 months ago making good progress for three months. I get sick lose bout 8 lbs I had gained and 7 weeks in the gym. Sucked hard but now Im back working on my strength and getting bigger. Please be aware my lifts are weak but most standards but good for me and always making progess.

    My supps

    Ill just be using my staples with WB2 and if I need caffiene pills for a boost. I dont every do stim breaks though cuz the only time I use stims is working out maybe twice a week. I dont drink coffee of soda either.

    Ill be taking

    orange traid
    oximega fishoil
    SNS MCC 501 caps
    SNS Beta Alanine 501 caps
    Genomyx Slin Sane
    xf 2.0, iforce protean, and myofusion.

    First day with WB2


    I took 2 caps with an unknown amount of carbs lol. I was in a rush and scarfed down a huge plate of chicken pasta my wife made. I figured it would be enough. Eating before working out is somthing Im gonna have to get use too. I usually train fasted (time constraints and works well for me energy wise).
    If anybody durning anypoint wants to share there dosing and carb intake to try out it while taking WB2 would be great.

    The workout

    I do 5/3/1 Today was squats and I have my max set at 160 (was 180 before I got sick.) Im on week 3 of the cycle which is the heaviest weak
    started with lunges to warm up

    Squats I did 3 sets at 135 for 5, 145 for 3, and finished with 155 for 8. Very strong finish for me and made me think I should have restarted at 170. Funny story and made me feel good. The guy next to me (he prolly 200lbs and these two kids he was traing were taking up both squat racks) He saw me waiting and asked if I wanted to work in. Ive seen him work out and he never goes about 135 on squats he had the kids doing 95lbs. I say thanks but no thanks and jump in the power rack that just opened up. Nothing like squating 20lbs more than the guy next to you who has you buy 50lbs . Feelsgoodman.

    Leg Press 6 plates 4x8 again felt great and was able to push 10 on last set

    Leg extension 100lbs 4x12 felt great and prolly could have gone back to 110lb which is what i was doing

    Seated Leg Curl 180lbs 4x10 was pretty easy though my legs were very fatigued at this point.

    Seated calf raise 100lbs 4x20 Dont really know why I do these but I feel it the next day.

    Had some extra time and did some direct bicep work. Nothing exciting though.

    WB2 effects

    energy
    Its a non stim so I wont say it gave me energy but I did feel more alert if that makes sense.

    Foucs

    I was suprised I had some nice focus and was locked in on the weights. Very happy with that and was less distracted by the busy gym

    Pump

    Small leg pump but didnt get as much as I was expecting. Im hoping to see this effect appear more though after further use

    Strength and Endurance

    Was impressed with the first dose. I felt great with the weigts and comfortable with the reps. 155lb on squats for 8 reps was great for me and excited to see what I will accomplish with the rest of my log.



    all in all very good day. Cant wait for chest wensday

    I am doing a WB2 mini log for a few more days (you can see here - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=142521691)

    I have done a variety of dosing. So far the ones I have had the best luck with:

    - 1 WB2 + 60g Carbs 2-3 hours pre, 2 WB2 + 20g Carbs 45 minutes pre (for when I workout in the morning on the weekends, usually by 8:30am)
    - 3 WB2 + 20g Carbs 30 minutes pre (when I work out at 5am during the week). I found upping my carbs this early made me nauseous during my workout

    Awsome subbing to your log and thanks for the dosing. Im like you, too much carbs if I work out early make me sick.

    Day 2 Bench Day

    I took 3 wb2 with 70g of carbs today.

    Honestly Today was sooo sooo. But chest I feel weakest in anyways. Kinda dizzy now that Im home and pretty horny too. Also this stuffs make me sweat like a mofo.

    On to the workouts

    Flat bench 115 for 5, 125 for 5, and finally 140 for 4. Not my best but since I came back from being sick I feel my chest lost the most strength. Last week I could only get up 135 for 3 so it is a slight improvment.

    Dumbell press 3x8 50lbs

    Close grip bench 3x10 for 105lbs

    incline bench 4x6 105lbs

    tricep dips 4x10 with 10lb plate

    overall pretty medicore. Had a little more energy than last time and bout same focus. Still havent experienced any diffence in pump though. Will try a diffenent dose next workout. thanks for following.

    My WB2 workouts have been a bit inconsistent. Last few I did notice an increase in pump (going with similar or less carbs then your day 2), but focus/endurance are all over the map.

    Yeah think it was a virus ended up getting sick couple more times had to call in from work. Went to gym today but still felt kinda meh and stomach jacked up. Didnt take any wb2 today. Just did miltary presses anyways. hopefully tomorrow be better

    Well finally feeling somewhat better so that good. Both my daughters got the stupid virus today though and sick. Makes me sad see em like that.

    Ended up just doing a few sets deads saturday so nothing report there. Did 155 x8 on last set which was decent.

    Anyways getting back at it with wb2 today. Its an deload week so main lifts will be small. Will try go harder on others though. WIll report back either 2night or 2morrow morning.

    Oh pre meal is japanese fried rice and im gonna only do two wb2 today

    Day 3 with WB2

    Today was deload week so nothing strong on main lifts. Deload weeks tend be boring like 5six said but I still tried put some effort in to other lifts.

    Was finally feeling 100 after being sick and took 2 wb2 with some japanese fried rice. Over all it was a great day

    Squats deload week
    75 for 5,
    95lbs for 5,
    115lb for 10 ( couldnt help it was only suppose keep it 5 but got bored.)

    Leg press
    6 plates 2x8
    7 plates PR Never tried 7 plates but legs were strong cuz weak squats did 2x6 felt pretty good

    Leg extension
    95lb 1x12
    100lbs 2x10
    110lbs 1x9

    Seated calf raises
    115lb 4x20

    Leg curls
    90lbs 4x8

    Energy
    Was alert but still slighty tired long day of work

    Focus
    Was on point today. Gym was again busy but I focused soley on my lifts without being distracted

    Pump
    Best pump had so far. After leg extension my quads were throbbing. Was really cool but freaking hard to walk lol.

    Endurance Strength
    Was the best I felt all so far with Wb2. Felt stronger after each lift. Had no problem finishing sets and waited less time between them.

    Effects
    THis stuff makes me sweat more than any supp I have used stim or non stim for some reason. Again makes me horny as hell. Went home and had fun with the wife I like this effect.

    Interesting on the sweat/libido side, haven't noticed that myself. Whenever you can put some extra libido to use though, always a good thing!

    Libido thing I enjoy. Wasn't really expecting it but it's gave me alittle boost which I have found quite pleasant. The sweating though is off the chain and I don't know why. I'm not a person who naturally sweats alot either. I get really hot with this stuff for some reason and sweat like no other

    Sweats coming just at the gym (maybe you are pushing yourself harder) or during the day when you are not working out? WB2 does have a nice, err... pumping effect for bedroom activities

    its more so at the gym but I dont think its cuz Im pushing harder. I literally just sweat more like my body temp is raised. Its hard to describe I guess, but you know how when a fever is breaking you sweat more, its kinda like that without being sick of course.

    Yes sir I have noticed some pump in the bedroom aswell haha.

    Day 4 Bench Day Deload week

    workout out early this morning, atleast early for me, bout 6:30 am. Took 1 caffiene tab plus 2 wb2 with 40g of carbs from oats.

    Flat bench deload
    75lb for 5
    95lb for 5
    115lb for 10

    Weak numbers but I'm on deload so wasn't suppose go higher

    close grip bench press
    105lbs 4x10 added a extra set than normal I like high volume anyways

    incline bench
    105lbs 4x10 added an extra set

    dips
    1x16 bw
    3x8 bw plus 10lbs these felt pretty good today may try 15lbs next week

    flat dumbell press
    2x6 50lbers
    2x8 45lbers

    had time and no one was at the gym. did tricep pushdowns 4x12 70lbs and cable flys 95lbs 3x10(don't normaly do these but had some endurance going.

    Not gonna comment on energy today as I had a caffiene tab.

    Focus
    Very nice focus and it is becoming quite consistant. Wasn't really any distractions though as it was just me there.

    Pumps
    better than it has been but still not as good as I was expecting from this supp. A plus though vascularity is better . I have been taking 1 or 2 Wb2 a day now on off days as a Gda after I noticed dbone mentioning it. It seems that is helping vascularity.

    Strength/Endurance
    was great this morning. Pushing out extra sets. Again though it's a deload week so take that with a grain of salt.

    Effects
    still makes me sweat like crazy even on off days taken as a gda. I literally had to go sit outside for 10min last night cuz I got so hot sitting in the house.


    Side note. I'm thinking my chest routine could use some help. I don't know I'm not really loving it and feel
    it could be better to get more results. If anyone has any recomendstions to try I may do that next week cuz I start a new cycle.

    Today I took 3 wb2 with a large homemade protein waffle.

    Military press deload
    65lbs x10
    75x10
    85lbs x 10 Did way more reps than suppose to but shoulders werent worked well last week so did alittle more

    Overhead press Machine
    130lbs 4x8 these were feeling much stronger

    Various pullups
    BW 6x8

    DB shrugs
    65lbs 4x15

    Db overhead press
    40lbs 4x6

    Some various direct bicep work to end it for fun

    Energy
    Was real tired today nothing report

    Focus
    Focus is very consistant with WB2 and today was no exception. Being tired the focus really helped me stay motivated

    Pump
    First day I really got a nice pump. My arms and shoudlers were tight and pumped loved it today. Very comparable to 1g of agmatine

    Strength/Endurance
    Again felt good today not outstanding but pushed decent numbers for being so tired

    Effects
    None extra ordinary today. Also no extreme sweating lol.

    tomorrow is deadlift day cant wait.

    Had a protein waffle for dinner last night and breakfast this morning (combined with 3 WB2). I feel like I get a good pump with WB2, but just haven't quite seen any of the other benefits I look to with a pre (increased focus and endurance)

    Kill it with DLs bro, did DLs this past week as part of PHAT, but switching back to Squats this week (although I did get Rack Pulls in today)

    LOl yeah it has it advantages. Cutting is a breeze for most part. Nothing like eating whoppers, cfhili cheese fries and sonic burgers, huge amounts fried rice and still being same weight. Sucks though cuz if mess up and not eat enough for a day or 2 my weight will drop. Getting over 155 has been a pain with being sick half the winter.

    What you use to make protein waffles? I just mix 3/4 scoop protein powder with premade waffle mix. works decent most of time. Sometimes top with sludge.

    Honestly since I really started working out on a good routine I love squat and deadlift days the most. Guess its because I feel like Im pushing most weight. Its funny cuz use to love the bro style chest and arms skipping back and legs.

    Used this recipe (http://leanbodylifestyle.blogspot.co...n-waffles.html)

    1 cup egg whites
    1 cup oats
    2 scoops vanilla protein powder
    2 tbsp. fat-free cottage cheese

    Previously I was making Pancakes using Protein Powder + Batter Blaster

    Same way bro, Arms/Chest were my go to workouts. Now Back and Leg days are what I look forward to most, simply because you can go harder/heavier, and can do a lot more volume. Tomorrow is Lower Body day for me, already pumped for it!

    As far as WB2, I think I am down to about half the bottle to go (using every day either pre workout or as a GDA)
