Just thought I'd show off some progress for motivation for anyone and to ask how I'm doing. I'm looking for an estimate on bf% too. Hoping I'm below 10%.

here's me tonight, 4 pounds lighter and a lot more tanned.
it may be a bit hard to tell from the angles, but I know I'm a little lower than before, I'm starting to show vascularity on my abs and obliques and a bit more around the serratus. I don't know how many more pounds it's going to take to hit my goal of 7%.

I'm 185, I have decent legs, but overall I just have a big frame. Really large rib cage, wide shoulders, thick joints, etc.
My arms are a hair over 16" but don't look it because of my joints and the fact that my arm span is 6'5". I've always been a little heavier than I looked. My back is pretty thick too, looking at my lats you'd never guess my chest was that flat.
