    Cut progress

    Just thought I'd show off some progress for motivation for anyone and to ask how I'm doing. I'm looking for an estimate on bf% too. Hoping I'm below 10%.

    this was 2 weeks ago


    here's me tonight, 4 pounds lighter and a lot more tanned.


    it may be a bit hard to tell from the angles, but I know I'm a little lower than before, I'm starting to show vascularity on my abs and obliques and a bit more around the serratus. I don't know how many more pounds it's going to take to hit my goal of 7%.

    You should look a lot bigger than that at that weight/height/BF.

    Either that, or you have massive legs.

    I'm 185, I have decent legs, but overall I just have a big frame. Really large rib cage, wide shoulders, thick joints, etc.

    My arms are a hair over 16" but don't look it because of my joints and the fact that my arm span is 6'5". I've always been a little heavier than I looked. My back is pretty thick too, looking at my lats you'd never guess my chest was that flat.

    Looks like the cut's working brah, what type of diet/cardio you doing?

    The only cardio I get is in the bedroom, but I spend an hour and a half lifting 6 days a week. I dirty bulked over winter and started my cut at 2500 cals. Dropped it to 2200 when I stalled and then again to 2000 a week ago. Diet is almost all protein, with semi low carbs.

    Hour and a half per day in the gym? wtf do you do for that long ?

    looking pretty aesthetic, probably about 10% I would say.

    I hit everything twice a week and I take long breaks between sets on compound lifts so I can push as much weight as possible. I try to work out around my max every day. Some days don't take that long but I'm always there longer than an hour.
