Idea #1) It says "via healthy, clean food." Yea, I thought that word was redacted from being used professionally... really M&S?
Idea #2) Title says, "Not Eating Enough Healthy Clean Calories" ..... again... >.>
Also, in this section it states, "While you want to have excess calories while bulking, the
majority of those calories should be from clean healthy foods: lean cuts of meat, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. The off season is the time to put on size but the majority of it should be muscle, not fat.

I stopped reading after this. Is this legitimate BS or does this have some truth that I have yet to be convinced of?... What a claim...
