Muscle and Strength Article that struck my attention!

First of all, I guess it's not a bad article, although I don't know if most of it is true.

    http://www.muscleandstrength.com/art...-mistakes.html

Idea #1) It says "via healthy, clean food." Yea, I thought that word was redacted from being used professionally... really M&S?

Idea #2) Title says, "Not Eating Enough Healthy Clean Calories" ..... again... >.>
Also, in this section it states, "While you want to have excess calories while bulking, the majority of those calories should be from clean healthy foods: lean cuts of meat, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. The off season is the time to put on size but the majority of it should be muscle, not fat. A diet riddled with junk food will result in little muscle gain and plenty of fat storage."

I stopped reading after this. Is this legitimate BS or does this have some truth that I have yet to be convinced of?... What a claim...
    Never. Stop. Pushing.

I don't know OP, why don't you ask the guy over the counter in the supplement store? He knows a lot about nutrition and what you really need to include in your diet.

it is true; junk food is devoid of many micronutirents, and loaded with preservatives that hinder proper cell growth, hormone creation, etc....
