    _NimbusTim_ Reviews
    Bio Pulse MADNESS

    Dose #1
    (1) Scoop - Taken While At Work

Ok...so this might sound strange to some....but I try and make it a habit to take my 1st serving of a NEW Pre-Workout while at work. I do this mainly so that I can really get a good feel of the focus/concentration portion of the product. My job is VERY repetative...and I have trouble staying concentrated sometimes. So for me, taking the first scoop at work really gives me a good grasp on the effectiveness of a products focus/concentration blend....the energy boost is nice as well.

Second dose will be used while "Picking Things Up...And Putting Them Down".

    Taste: 8.5/10

First off I would like to say that I think Bio Pulse did an EXCELLENT job flavoring this product considering all the ingredients they were working with. Second, I'm really impressed and thankful they used natural flavorings. I heard someone else mention that it tasted like the sour coating off skittles...and I agree. However, it does have a sweetness to it as well. IMO it's very drinkable, and almost addicting. I know this is not taste, but the numbing sensation is VERY real.

    Formula: 9.5/10

I'm really impressed with the formula....alot of SOLID ingredients...and forms of ingredients. There are a couple things I would adjust based on my knowledge of certain ingredients. An example would be the dose of Beta-Alanine 1.0g. Studies show 3.2g being the sweet spot, so I think 1.0g is kind of a weird dose. I personally would of rather seen it dosed at 1.6g per serving or 0.8g per serving. This way you could get the 1/2 or the full daily dose with 2 scoops. It would make supplementing with bulk easier IMO. With that said, Shawn Wells is the (Great) Formulator....and I'm not. I'm sure his explanation as to why the dosed as they did makes more sense than mine. As for the rest of the formula...I mean it's all great...all the way from the Citrulline Malate to the Ashwaghanda Root.

    Experience: 9.5/10

I have to say that the first dose of this product really impressed me. The nootropics really stood out to me while at work.....and I experienced some of the best focus I've had in a while. The energy boost was very real, evident, and smooth....however I experienced ZERO crash. This product IMO could easily be used at work daily....however I feel like I would be doing an unjustice to it as I feel like it's going to kick ass during a lifting session.

Lastly, I want to THANK Tyler and Bio Pulse for sending me one of these Mini Tubs. It's a very good marketing tool to get REAL feedback on this product. I hope these reviews pay off 10 fold for Bio Pulse!

I love how you first try out a pre workout actually, I've done the same myself on more than one occasion.

Glad to hear you enjoy the flavoring and performance so far as well. It will definitely carry over into the gym.

It really is a great way to gauge the effectiveness of a product. Placebo is a VERY real thing, and I feel alot of crappy formulas get too much credit when in reality it only worked because they were so excited to try it out. Mindset plays a huge roll in how people perform while in the gym.

I'm not saying this about MADNESS as you can clearly read the Supplement Facts Panel and tell it's a well thought out, scientific based formula. However, it still helps me accurately gauge some of the benefits by taking it at work.

And I totally agree.....I think the effects and benefits are definitely going to carry over into the gym.

    Bio Pulse MADNESS

    Dose #2
    (1 1/2) Scoops

Workout #1 with Bio Pulse MADNESS will consist of 1 1/2 scoops. I decided to up it some from yesterday with the intention of dosing the next two workouts at 1 1/2 and the final dose at 2 scoops.

    Workout: Shoulders

Smith Machine Seated Military Press (Warmup):
    135 x 10
    135 x 10
    135 x 10

    Dumbell Side Raises:
    35's x 10
    40's x 10
    45's x 10

    Free Weight Seated Military Press:
    135 x 5
    185 x 5
    225 x 5
    275 x 5
    315 x 1
    315 x 1
    315 x 1

    Dumbell Front Raises:
    40's x 10
    50's x 10
    60's x 10

    Smith Machine Upright Rows:
    135 x 10
    155 x 10
    185 x 10

    Shrugs (Hammer Strenght):
    270 x 10
    360 x 10
    450 x 10

    Hammer Strength Military Press:
    180 x 10
    180 x 10
    180 x 10
    180 x 10

    Cardio:
    30 Minutes on Elliptical

    Thoughts: 9/10

So MADNESS did not dissapoint. This product really is one of the better Pre-Workout formulas I've tried. I took my dose about 30 minutes before lifting...and after about 15 minutes I started feeling it. By the time I started lifting I could feel the "MADNESS" taking place. Shoulder day is by FAR my favorite day...as I really enjoy working out shoulders. I always get a real good pump....especially from the front and side dumbell raises. Today was no exception....I even had to allow a little more time in between sets as it would get painful at times. The focus was there...the energy was there...and I even had gas in the tank for some PWO cardio. After leaving the gym, I still experienced this energy "high" that lasted for another hour or so. I never really experienced a crash, and had no trouble falling asleep.

So far...I would definitely recommend this product. I mean the profile alone makes it a buy in my book....back that up by my experiences thus far makes this an easy go to Pre in the future.

real nice update man, and those are some heavy ass lifts you got there. Your experience has been pretty awesome; pump, focus, and additional energy for carido, doesn't get much better then that.
