Question about Iso-100 dymatize!

Is it hydrolyzed or isolate ion-exchanged? Here in bb.com it says hydrolyzed but in some other forums i read it's ion-exchanged. Maybe the previous version?

Also, what about the soy and aspartame?

Lastly, what about the carbs? Some flavors have 1-1,5 gr per scoop.

100% hydrolized as tha label says, and as far as tha carbs are concerned. that just comes from the ingrediants in whichever flavor your choose. i personally like gourmet pina colada. have two 5 pound tubs as speak

I have the cookies and cream, not a big fan of the flavor, might get the chocolate next. Never tried the fruity flavors proteins. Does it taste like pina colada?

The one labelled 100% hydrolyzed is the one your looking for.. iso100 dymatize has 2 types of products which is what you might be getting confused with

I dont know if its hydrolyzed or isolate but it tastes alright if mixed with like 6oz any more and its bland

I have heard nothing but good things from this product. Still iffy on the extra $15 for the isolate, might have to give this a try

It's a smaller scoop so you do get more servings vs another 5lb tub of whey iso, but yeah it's not the cheapest.

currently have two 5 pound tubs my friend. i take 2 scoops post workout with about 6 oz of water. crushed ice. taste....amazing. i look forward to it everytime.

Pina Colada is on point. I drink mine with 10-12 ounces of cold, cold water. Tastes amazing, a great change up for sure. Not one that you would have 2-3 times a day, but the flavor is great. I'd be very surprised to find a real negative review on it.
