Hey guys, this was today's meals looked like, what do you think of my bulking diet? I'm getting around 3000-3500 calories daily. I'm clean bulking by the way!
Meal1: 8 egg whites, 6 oz chicken bacon, 1 whole wheat bagel, 1 cup milk, 1 cup shredded wheats, half a cup of raspberries.
Meal2: 200g chicken breast, 1 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 1/2 cup salad
Meal3: 200g Salmon, 1 1/2 cup brown rice, 2 cups salad, 25g peanuts
Meal4: Post-workout shake: 2 scoops of whey protein (40g protein), 5g creatine, 1 banana
Meal5: 1 Whole wheat bagel, 180g fat-free mozzarella cheeze, 1 cup cinnamon toast crunch ( for my calories and cause they are so good :P ) 50g peanuts
Meal6: Home-made pizza: 2 whole grain tortillas, canned pizza sauce, 2 thin slices of turkey breast and 120g fat-free mozzarella cheeze

If i let go on healthy foods a bit, I'll get hung on bad food, happened in the past, not going to happen again, pizza is already delicious on its own so I think of it as a reward for my hard work at the gym. I'm clean bulking, i don't want to get loose skin just because I want to build muscle faster, so I'd rather cleaning my diet
