I would really appreciate if anyone who is relatively lean and between 5'11 and 6'1 would post their pictures here along with their weight.
I'm currently at 200lbs with 19% body fat, which would put me at ~180lbs with 10% body fat assuming my cut is near perfect. I looked at the pictures of people with my height and at 180lbs in the advanced bodyspace search but they are a lot bigger than I am. Actually, their measurements and size in the pictures may actually exceed mine right now with all of my fat. I was wondering if everyone is like that and if the leanness just makes them look huge.
Thanks a lot! I appreciate it.

I'm 6 feet even and I have one picture posted (avatar) from later July. I weigh 195 and estimate my present bodyfat at about 14% presently. Just completed two solid years of working out in the gym October 6.
It would be really helpful if BB.com installed a option to filter members by height in order to get better development comparisons. If there is such a feature let me know brahs.

I advise from experience not to "bulk up" it's b.s. Do cardio 3x/week, eat clean, time your carb intake around your workouts, avoid sugar and you'll get the results you want. I'm 6' tall weigh 182 and below 6% bf (haven't checked in a little over a month. last time I did was @5.5%). The number on the scale is irrelevant anyway. It's how you look and the way your clothes fit. I can gain or lose 5 pounds in a day without trying. Also, weights are a means to an end so it doesn't matter what your numbers are. If I get more chest development by dropping the poundage slightly and getting a better contraction/per repition I'm doing myself a favor and I dont beat my joints up in the process. If you think, eat and train like an amatuer you're going to look like one.

Just over 6 feet tall, have 6 pack abs, consider myself cut while strength and mass are rising too. You may see some progress pics from over a year ago to about 6 months ago with <--my avi being the most recent pic. I need to update those progress pics soon. I'm around 180ish right now. Can check the measurements and lifting statistics if they help at all.

Im 6'2, After cutting i got down to 185, pounds i think I've got a pic thata terrible(blurry) on my profile. My suggestion is do it slow. I messed up my cut cause i got obsessed with losing weight and it ended up eating up a lot of muscle. Slow and steady its a race and not a marathon.

6'1", 220-225. Closer to the 225 end of the spectrum. I've had insane sodium bloats going for the past couple of days, but strangely I've noticed increases in vascularity as well. If I weren't dealing with a two-day tournament this weekend, I'd actually think about cutting weight...maybe.
550/385/655, 285 overhead press, 330 push jerk, 250 weighted dip, 190 weighted pull-up, 413.8 max weighted pull-up, 450 front squat, 365 RFESS, 305 x 2 log press, 400 (per arm) farmer's carry, 370 atlas stone, 31 pull-ups at 247.

I was 208 and about 15% bf at the beginning of July. I did The Daytona Beach Classic Sept 24th and was between 5.5-6.5% and weighed about 180-182. I was doing cardio twice a day every day from the start in July until 3 days up to the show. I would suggest going slower, so you don't lose as much muscle mass and your skin accomodate the loss of all the fat better...meaning you won't have loose skin hanging off of you.
Set your goal at least 6 months preferably a year. You'll like the results much better. The up and down **** I did is annoying, but I was a beginner that made beginner mistakes.Sgt USMC '00-'05
