    Exclamation what is a core workout routine for mma?

    i know nothing about core workouts so can someone give me a good beginner/intermidiate plan i can do at the gyhm?

    Just work your abs like you would for anything else. Crunches. sit ups, leg raises. russian twists, wood chippers, plankstands, v ups. all that good stuff
