    Need some help, what do I do wrong ? (with picture)

    Sup guys, I read alot of the threads in here, they are very inspiring for me. I learned a lot! But I kinda need some help now. Im currently bulking. I went from 84kg(185p) --> 90kg (198p) so far, But if I look in the mirror it looks like I didnt made any progress at all! I think my nutrition is ok. Here it is: I try to eat every 2-3h. MORNING: 2 banana's__________ soya milk + whey + oats + canned mackerel. __________ 4 slices of brown bread + peanutbutter __________ WORKOUT __________ soya milk + whey + oats + canned mackerel __________ 4 slices of brown bread + peanutbutter __________ potatoes + giant white beans + chicken breast. Before I go to bed: almonds + 500gr curds. TOTAL: 4200kcal 350protein 400carbs 140fat. Im 195cm (I gues thats 6,39) 23years old. Sorry for my bad English! I'm dutch. I seem to gain about 0,5/1k a week what is pretty good I think? My strength also seems to go up. But I just dont see any changes in the mirror. I have pictures of me from a year ago, and I have the feeling that I still look exactly the same. My workout routine is like this: back - chest & triceps - shoulders & biceps - legs. What am I doing wrong? Is my nutrition that bad? Should I bulk up untill 100kg ? Any feedback will be apreciated! Oh and sorry for the layout, It seems like I couldnt use any enters ?
