Sorry, I'm sure this was already mentioned somewhere, but what routine are you following? It doesn't look familiar to me

Well, even tho my calories have been all over the place over the last couple days (I honestly don't know how much but I'm doubtful that the total was over 10k for the last 2 days), I'm actually getting stronger.
Even though I didn't get 5 because I didn't want to go full snap city on rep 5, I was tickled fukking pink about the 285. That is the most weight I have ever pulled for reps (best single was 308).
Previous best on RDL was iirc 245x5. Ill double check, but I think that was the best.
Finally able to get my feet all the way to the top of the leg press pad with a full ROM. All this mobility and rehab work is paying off.
Lats are toast.

According to calculators, 285 for 4 - 311 1RM, so yes better than the 308
Congrats
Who knew Deadlifting more often could be soo much fun

Yeh... Happy about that.
It's not so much dead lifting more often as it is changing how I approach things. Iamhammering away at the main lifts hard and avoiding failure on my assistance work.
And yes, I am. Haven't had lower body PRs in several months. Stoked. Now I just need this right groin to heal and ill be squatting again!AAU World SJ Powerlifting Champion, 2014

Sometimes things you see as a potential disaster (no squatting) can end up being good (would you have had the same Deadlift progress if you had been squatting?)
This happened to me a over a month ago when I sorta tore my achilles and was forced to ditch any lower lifting and cardio. Decided to use the time to deload which I hadnt done in...forever. Now that I am getting back in the swing of things I feel refreshed and progressing faster again. PLus all the nagging stuff I had going on has vanished.Founder of MMDELAD

I didn't see it as a disastertbh. I had kind of resigned myself to a while off squatting when my hip originally started acting up.
Yes I would have. Only going up ~15lbs a week ATM.
Feltgoodman. Yeah,on my ME dead sessions I generally sit my ass on the ground after I let go of the bar cuz I know walking around isn't safe ersonally I love squatting for the invigoration, but I can't right now.
