    most carbs for least amount of cals?

    what foods would be the best if you want to get the most amount of carbs for the smallest amount of calories? im guessing broccoli would be good.

    im not sure what you mean here. most carbs for least calories? well pure sugar is the best ratio because it is pure carbohydrates. but i dont think thats what youre looking for. please clarify?

    yea i was just hoping to squeeze in as much carbs as i can without increasing total calories too much. dont know about taking sugar i guess i'll stick to oatmeal or broccolli.

    I was being a little obtuse on purpose to demonstrate the point that most carb sources are going to have some fat and protein with them.
