well for the past year and a half ive been working out at my school weight room, and its nice there but its rediculousley crouded and kinda old lol... but anyways i joined riverside gym here in bville ny and i must say im impressed with the place, but i felt like such a noob! haha there are so many different machines that i have never seen and look mad complicated lol... but all in all i got a good workout along with the bike ride there... so my question is how do i not look like such a noob! haha also im suprised how much muscle i lost... i could only do 2 dips when i used to do 20 and i weighed more, any way happy lifting

Try writing down your work out so you dont end up walking around from machine to machine looking for something that trains what you want to that day. But nobody is gonna judge you if you look at each machines description so you can find out, and nobody is gonna judge if you dont use the machines. It's your gym session, not theirs. They'll do their thing as long as you do yours... Well except maybe that one guy who cant try but "help" everyone.
