it is safe, but i don't think it will worth the money. I hear it is effective, not a lot but it is effective. i dont know about e-bol. How tall are u, how much do you weigh, and what is your body fat percent. more importantly, post your diet

in terms of safety, e-bol is fine, for the most part x-factor is aswell, however issues have been raised about it

I plan on running x-factor solo and then after finishing a 50 day cycle do another with e-bol. From what I've read most have seen good gains from this.
