Do you think this is enough to promote growth in the abs? It's simply works upper and lower abs, is there really much more to it? I've always done high volume as I feel it works for me the best. I think its time to mix it up a bit but I want to keep it very simple and quick.
So something like,
3 sets of weighted crunches
3 sets of weighted reverse crunches
3 sets of plank to failure
Cheers
