    Why do all kids think after a month training they are huge?

    I can't get it through my head why you get these blokes training for a few weeks, come up to me and say "hey bro i went gym and in a month i can see a difference" are people just getting more retarded these days or what shieettt. They are commonly round the age of 16/17 lol

    right?! ****in' hate it man. bull sh it freshman walk in to the gym like they're gods and shiit. All they do is flex, bench and get out. Its like really?! then you won't see them for the next few months. I'm not being cocky er anything because I'm no where to being big, but I do have a very strong work ethic, and am an ass hole for form. I hateeeeee when people say "ohh I can do 185 for bench!" and they're a skinny ass freshman and they're friend is basically deadlifting the bb off them + they're feet are flailing up in the air. and then they say they legitly did it. Its just like "yea, no."

Generally I never flex unless I'm alone and looking at my progress. + those pics are 3 months old. I'm waiting to finish up my mass gainer I'm currently on to post up new progress pics.     U need confidence,motivation to make u waste ur time daily on preparing meals/ going to the gym etc.. If getting all excited over 1-2 months of newb gains is what drives u then why not? The gym is there for more than just lifting.. Its always good to take shirt off once a week in the locker room and hit a few poses,. Have a buddy tell u how ur coming along, what u need to work on to look better/bigger.. Actually when u start u should def do this cuz it will drive u more seeing ur newb progress which in the first few months u can see a huge diff every month if u do things right..

    think they are huge? o.o what kind of teens have you seen? atleast the ones i have seen, they are just progress pics and alot of skinnier kids(including myself) strive off of positive feedback and it is really encouraging when others can see the changes that you have seen too. dont spread the h8. spread the hearts and love... no homo.
