I buy whole wheat crust from SFA. It's light and prep/cooking time is less than 20 minutes. I'll dig up some of my recipes and post if you want. I've got a chicken/veggie number that will curb the pizza cravings without sending your diet sideways.

How about using a pita or maybe a tortilla for your own version of thin crust?

I found this recipe on Everydaypaleo.com

    Paleo Pizza Crust:

    2 cups almond meal

    2 eggs

    3 tbsp olive oil

    ¼ tsp baking soda

    1 tsp garlic powder

1 ½ tbsp fresh rosemary chopped

Preheat your oven to 350. Using a spoon mix all crust ingredients together until it becomes very thick. Using your hands, form the dough into a ball. Lightly grease a pizza pan or a cookie sheet with olive oil. Place the ball of dough in the center of your cookie sheet or pizza pan and using your hands, push and pat the dough down into the shape of a circle. You want to make the dough as thin as possible. Your pizza will be about 12 inches across. Bake the crust in your pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
    I want mature muscle.

Yes I finally started a journal.

There was a thread here about a year ago that had a recipe for a crust made w/ pureed cauliflower. I made it several times (until we got burnt out from it) and it was pretty good. I know the recipe is posted on Livestrong and you should be able to Google it.

I'm sorry! SFA is Spartan Foods.

For the "sauce" use 1 tbsp. fat free mayo and mix with 1tbsp. ranch dressing dry mix. Just enough for rich flavor.

Slice and dice veggies galore, I use yellow and green peppers, red onion, green onion, mushrooms, romano tomatoes, baby spinach, roasted red peppers and minced garlic. I'm guessing 1/4c. each. (I'm bad for eyeballing when I cook instead of measuring unless I'm trying to diet down.)

I lightly spray the crust with olive oil non-stick spray or pam then spread the "sauce" to within 1/4 in. of the crust's edge. Layer the veggies on top, add diced grilled chicken and then top with a very light dusting of freshly grated jalapeno cheese. Maybe 1/3 c. at most. (I probably use a little less than that.)

Bake it at 425 degrees for 8 minutes or so and there you go. A few drops of tobasco sauce on top and you're good to go. I wish I could post a pic of the finished dish. We make this once every couple of weeks, I'll revisit this and put one up sometime ok?

No, but if you add all ingredients together, the TOTAL macros would be close to:

    Calories: 1795
    Protein: 81
    Carbs: 49
    Fat: 185

Obviously you would not eat this all in one serving..

    15g Eggwhite Powder
    7g Psyllium
    Water.

    basically 0 carb.

Spread in very hot cast iron skillet. Flip. Put pizza stuff on. Put it under the grill/broiler.

I also use this as bread - like a soft taco

I also use this for thin toast - cut it in half, toast it, spread with vegemite, have an egg on it.
