Day 1
Today was my official start to my new diet & workout. I did the "QBM" shoulders & traps workout. Holy crap, I could barely lift my arms to drink my protien shake afterward. I also did 20 minutes of HIIT.
My new diet is going to be as follows for the next 4 weeks, and then I will switch it up:
Pre WO: 4 egg whites, 1/4 cup oats
Post WO: 1 scoop whey, 1/4 cup berries
Meal 1: 2 rice cakes, 1 Tbl PB, 3 prunes
Meal 2: Tilapia, 1/2 cup veggies, 4 oz sweet potato
Meal 3: 1/2 scoop whey, 1/2 scoop casein, 1 Tbl PB
Meal 4: 5 oz chicken, salad, 2 tbls vinegaratte
Meal 5: 1 scoop casein, 1 Tbl PB
Yay for day 1!!!!Tiffanee

Day number 2 today!! Day 1 was awesome. Dieting went just as planned.
A little background on me....I am a mother to four children, ages 11, 9, 4, and almost 2. I am very busy during the day, so I wake up at 5am to get my workout in. I am also blessed to be a stay at home mom. Sometimes it makes sticking to a diet a little more difficult, but I know I can do this!!
My workout today was the "QBM" back & triceps. It was amazing at how shaky my arms were when I was done, I could hardly move the mouse! I also notice how sore my shoulders are from yesterday!! I love that!! My shoulders are definitely my weak point, so I am really trying to work on them.
Tomorrow will be cardio...Tiffanee

I did shoulders Monday, and they are still sore to even touch today....and lets not even talk about my triceps! I accidently bumped into something, and they feel like they were beat to death!! Tommorrow will be leg day...kind of nervous, but excited. I'm willing to bet I can hardly walk this weekend!

Just got done with legs...and seriously thought I may puke! I thought my legs were going to give out on me walking out the door. Don't know how I'm going to carry my 2 year old up the stairs today?? Actually, I don't know how I'm going to make it up the stairs myself. LOL! I can't even imagine the pain I'm going to feel in a couple days. It was the best leg workout I've ever done!
Diet has been on point all week. Excited to see results, slowly but surly!Tiffanee

I am not looking forward to Sunday, as bad as they hurt getting out of bed today, even sitting HURTS!! Ouch!
I'm just getting ready to go hit bicepts and chest, and maybe throw in a lil cardio at the end! My 1st week of the QBM has rocked! I love this workout.
So far, so good on the diet too. Been following the one I posted, along with at least a gallon a day of water. Excited to get on the scale and do a weigh in, but more excited for my clothes to start fitting better!
Have a great weekend everyone!Tiffanee

Thank goodness I have a day off today, because I can barely move! My body hurts from top to bottom. It even hurts to sit. I keep telling myself this is GOOD, but it doesn't help the pain, LOL. Everytime I have to climb the stairs I cringe!! These workouts are NO JOKE!!
On a good note, I weighed today, and I am down 3 pounds. I'm sure some of it was water weight, but it still a step in the right direction!
1 week down, 11 more to go!!
LET'S DO THIS!!Tiffanee
