unfortunately I have to scrap squats, lunges, etc. for a while b/c of it but my question is, what is the likely hood that I can continue to improve my dead lift with the other exercises dropped for a while? I feel they were a huge part of my getting to this level and I'd really hate to stop now. Just 20lbs shy of that 6th plate...ugh.
