thanks dude.. yeah the traps are just ok. imo they look decent enough relax but i can't flex em worth sh*t
IRL my arms actually look smaller imo and my chest looks way bigger, idk it's weird lol. back is average but i wouldn't really say lacking.
like 15-20 lol srs, i binged hard. i lost most of it when i started eating cleaner again though and got down to only like 6-7 lbs. over contest weight.. been slowly bulking since then

thanks guys! i've been outta town for a few days so that's why i haven't responded.
not really sure dude lol, i think my right is around 17 or so? left probably a bit smaller
don't really follow a specific routine that i do every time.. but for biceps i do a lot of barbell curls (close and wide grip), db curls (seated and standing), cable curls, preacher curls.. and for triceps i do a lot of skullcrushers, tricep pushdowns, CGBP, dips

eh.. don't really have specific macros right now lol. i'm just aiming for 3500 or so cals right now, at least 200+ protein, and keeping the fat fairly low and eating a lot cleaner carbs then i used to back in the day.
haha sounds good man. i started lifting consistently about 2 years and a couple months ago.
yeah for sure man haha. a lotta people advise reverse dieting and stuff like that getting out of a contest, which definitely is the smart/right way to go.. but the 1st contest is a bit of an exception i think lol, binging is to be expected after the 1st timehttp://instagram.com/live_laugh_lift26
