i got that problem too. well sometimes. it comes and goes, nothing u can do besides proactive on your arms. or try other acne treatments, it might help.

my opinion: i would just wait, as teens we're still going thru puberty and as we get older, the acne and oily skin slows and eventually stops. just make sure you dont go poppin it every time u see a pimple.

I once knew a girl who has acne on her legs...I'm pretty sure arm acne is something you would get despite working out - you gotta wait the acne out you're only fifteen! I'm 19 and I still have some on my neck and chest. I don't think you should stop working out but you can always stop for maybe 2 weeks and see if they go away.

i have same problem. only about 1 or 2 on each one. hardly noticeable.

Well i dont have acne but tons of little dots on my arms not too terrible but annying to me its called keatrosis pilaris or something close to that i think maybe your confused? I used tothink it was bad acne
