form looks good but you've gotta concentrate on staying tighter. you should post some videos of heavier weights. most people's form doesn't break down until they his around 90% of their max. second, those squats are slow and not explosive (no offence). you can be much faster than that.
... and why are you looking straight down?

It's just proportion and flexibility. Full squat is just different depending on who you are. If I had to guess I can get within about 6-8 inches off the ground. I have longgggg femurs and shins, but my ankles and hips are very flexible. It gives the appearance of a super deep squat with my knees up near my chest. I'm also 6'3" all legs, so it only makes sense that I would have a large ROM. A guy with shorter legs at that depth would appear closer to parallel. A guy with even longer legs at that depth would have his knees up at his face.
