For example...when I have Tuna and/or a Turkey/Ham sandwich, it obviously goes great with some chips.

Yes they are awesome! Pre heat to 250 and play with it I am in high altitude so u may need to adjust.... They can take 30min to an hour depending on what u end up putting on them--- u can also do almonds with cayenne and a little "good seasoning" powdered salad dressing and egg whites --- I will need to post up a formal recipe but they are bomb too

sweet potato wedges seasoned with garlic gradules,and other spices of choice, spray with pam and place on a tray. Pop in the oven until brown and crispy....mmm
