Yes they are awesome! Pre heat to 250 and play with it I am in high altitude so u may need to adjust.... They can take 30min to an hour depending on what u end up putting on them--- u can also do almonds with cayenne and a little "good seasoning" powdered salad dressing and egg whites --- I will need to post up a formal recipe but they are bomb too

Zesty dill spears (Vlasic brand). ~5 calories a spear, they're crunchy and have a lot of water, so they should fill you up.
