    Dude

As I understand it and if I am correct Max OT cardio is a form of High Intensity Cardio.

You don't go balls to the wall flat out for 16mins, that's insane! You do high intensity intervals for 16 mins because research shows that's the optimal amount of time to maximise fat loss without eating into muscle stores.

Max ot hands down. If you can try running on the treadmill hard as you can for 16 minutes after weights. You'll see fat melt off

LISS has proven to provide the most fat loss during the workout, HIIT burns more total calories during the day and I dont even know what MAX OT cardio is since its impossible to go high intensity for 16 minutes straight so you will be reduced to a jog or turn it into hiit.

Well you go as hard as you can for 16 mins, if you need to slow it down a bit as you get very tired then you do that, its not too difficult a concept. You just go as hard as you can for 16 mins but not in set intervals like hiit

I think if you can hack running 16mins your better off with the max ot, but if like me ur running skills r slacking (years of smoking) then the hiit is abit easier to accomplish!

"Max-OT Cardio is performed with an 'Interval' setting. This allows for intermittent resistance levels during the 16-minute sessions resulting in greater overall energy output."
