Nature's Path Peanut Butter Granola is one of my favorites... It is delicious and healthy!

Amazon has good reviews, as well, but I purchase mine at my local Kroger.

Thanks, I was really more looking for breakfast type foods. Generally I eat whatever no matter the time of day, but its hard to get rice and potatoes down the shoot at 8 AM before class. SO any breakfast cereals?

Kashi Heart to Heart is one of my favorite cereals and I'm a cereal addict. The cinnamon one is really good, as well as the honey one.

try the Hi-Lo Cereal. I buy mine at Whole Foods.
It's not that tasty, but on the other hand it's pretty healthy. Especially for one who's on a low-carb diet.

I eat Post Shredded Wheat, only ingredient is whole grain can't go wrong with that
and sometimes i mix it with Bran Flakes to add some flavour

The best cereal that I recommend with alot of vitamins and nutrients would be Smart Start. If you look at the nutrition facts on the back of the box, everything is 100% serving. The best cereal out there!
