3 whole eggs? If so replace with egg whites. regular cheese? IF, so stop eating.
Whole milk? If so, stop drinking. Other than that. It's a fine clean bulk.

What's wrong with 3 whole eggs? cheese? whole milk?
(seriously)
calories in vs calories out to gain or lose, making a diet so strict because of a bunch of bull**** myths like "whole eggs will raise cholesterol levels", when 85% of cholesterol is produced by the body not the foods we eat, or that fat will make you fat, is the reason people fail on diets so much because it doesn't have to be that strict.

I don't think bulking means what you think it means.
Honestly, for a 15 year old with a rapid metabolism, you still might not be eating enough. Stick with this for now, but if you haven't gained much weight in 3 months, increase by 500 calories. I'm MUCH MUCH larger than you, but I'm eating about 2600 calories on a CUT right now.1
