    Valen's first keto log!! help me learn

    Ok so my name is valen and im 17,male.
    my friend did keto without counting calories for like a mnth and dropped weight like crazy so i'm thnking i'll try it.

    I'm 202lbs 3 days ago when i started and im looking to get down to my prime of 180lbs, this time im using keto.

    So its my third day and i just decided to write it down and i know its not a great diet as it is my first time so here is goes.

    morning

    4slices bacon 160cal, 14g fat, 10g protien
    2hole eggs and 1 white 180cal, 16g fat ,13g protien
    2 sclice of weight
    watchers cheese 160 cal, 12g fat, 14g protien


    lunch

    baked chicken breats, idk weight so no macro's. but it was deffinatly over like 6 oz.

    3 slices of cheese 240 calories 18g fat and 21gram protien
    6 slices turkey 100 calories 2g fat and 20g protien


    later snack

    4 slices bacon 160 cal 14g fat 10 g protien
    chese 80, 6 fat , 7 protien


    so far today (8/12/09) ive had 1,140 cal 82gfat 98protien and like 15 g carbs + a load of chicken



    I want to know how im doing and if you guys can point me into the right direction.

    also something random... can i have lots of tea and splenda or will that mess my diet up???

    so i weighed in and im 200 wich means i lost some water weight i guess cause its only been 3 days.

    i went for a 10 min jog and i was also doing sprints. i was planning on making some food but im just going to hit the sack.

    are there any quick foods i can leave around my kitchen to grab after a run when im tired in this situation??

    also i had 20 oz tea with 7 sugar packets


    i also wanted to know how many calories i should be eating to drop weight and i have a bottle of novedex xt and on the back are ingrediants like ketoetiocholeve.. does this have anything to do with the keto diet??
