1/2 cup low fat yogurt
3/4 frozen banana
ice cubes
1 scoop whey vannila/chocolate
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp ground flax seed
hand full of uncooked instant oatmeal, the quaker kind.
= heaven on earth.
i dont know what makes it so good. the frozen banana gives it the consistency, and the plain yogurt gives it the creaminess of icecream, those are key ingredients. I don't know what to call it yet.

seems similiar to what i do at night........1 1/4 scoops of syntha 6.....SF dark chocolate pudding and 32g naturally more PB all mixed with water then frozen for an hour...comes out like ice cream consistency...and tastes delicious

For me the simple combo "chocolate/vanilla whey + grinded up oats + water" gives me my fix when it comes to that sort of thing. Best shiat everrr! :P I freeze that up sometimes too and it gets a good consistency to it depending on how much water's in it.
