    New "Clean" Bulk Diet

    Definitely clean compared to my last one:
    198 pounds

    Meal 1-
    2 Scoops Whey
    10 oz. Skim Milk
    2 Kashi Bars

    650 calories

    Meal 2-
    7.5 oz Chicken
    .5 Cup Dry Brown Rice

    600 calories

    Meal 3-
    2 Scoops Whey
    16 oz. Skim Milk
    20 oz. Gatorade
    Raisins

    695 calories

    Meal 4-
    7.5 oz Chicken
    .5 Cup Dry Brown Rice
    Applesauce

    650 calories

    6 oz. New York Strip
    Whole Grain Bagel

    595 calories

    10 oz. Skim Milk
    2 Scoops Whey
    1 oz. Almonds

    630 calories


    Total = 3,820 calories

    *Kashi Bars are 140 calories 5 grams of fat from almonds/peanuts, 5 grams fiber, 20 carbs. If you haven't tried them you should.

    Supplement KING~!!

    It sounds like you prefer supplements in am....and 6 scoops of whey a day is quite a bit. I have tried the Kashi bars and yes, they are very tasty. However, they are high in simple sugars which are bad to eat anytime.

    Have you tried to cook your meals at night or over the weekend and pack/freeze them? Whole foods are more anabolic then slurping down protein shakes all day.

    Just my .02.
