Right now this is what my meal plan looks like. If I wanted to add a weight gainer should I be taking both the Whey and the weight gainer? If so when?
6am:1 scoop Whey shake,3 whole eggs,whole-wheat bagel,multi,flaxseed oil.
9am:8oz cottage cheese,2 oz mixed nuts.
12pm:8oz turkey breast on whole-wheat bread(makes 2 large sandwiches),salad
w/ olive oil and vinegar,vitamin c,flaxseed oil.
3pm: (my preworkout)1 scoop Whey,1 large apple,Glutamine.
(post workout)creatine,glutamine,1 scoop Whey
7pm:Large Chicken breast,mixed veggies,yogurt,large cup of milk,vitamin c,flaxseed oil.
Bed:2 Large tablespoons peanut butter,2 scoops whey/casein mix
