ive been looking to tone my body more and such. im 16, 5"7 and 155 pounds with about 15-16% body fat (proud to say i started off with 22% dropped about 6-7% )this is basically what i do every workout session (i go every other day since it's a fullbody workout)
25 mins running @ 6.8km/hour
60 situps
lat pulldowns (3 sets of 10 reps, 75, 85, 95)
leg curls (3 sets of 10 reps, 65,75,85)
bicep curls (3 sets of 10 reps @ 25 pounds, free weights)
torso rotations (3 sets of 10 reps, 80,85,90)
chest press (3 sets of 10 reps, 75,85,95)
leg extensions (3 sets of 10 reps 75,85,95)
60 inclined situps
row rear (3 sets of 10 reps, 55,60,70)
leg press (3 sets of 10 reps, 100,110,120)
60 leg lifts
overhead (3 sets of 10 reps,40,45,55)
so idk if i should continue, increase reps + lower weight. etc. + i need help on diet. i mainly eat healthy but since im asian i follow the stereotype and eat rice for dinner always (just used to it) i know i should change my dinner menu but i wouldn't know where to start.
any tips/suggestions are greatly appreciated.
(ive also heard from some people i should just start isolating each part of my body and do that each day for the whole week i don't know if i'd have the time for this but I COULD start it, just need more feedback on it)
