I had a very interesting question, is it worth lifting that day knowing you will be drinking alot of alcohol that night? Since it's New Years Eve tomorrow I will be getting drunk and was wondering if would make lifting earlier that day a waste?

i'd lift and when i drink make sure i smash the Mcdonals during the night to, gota get protien.

In my opinion you should workout early in the day so you have plenty of time to get a good amount of protein in you. Then the next day carry on with a good diet. Thats always hard for me though when im hungover. If i dont think i will get enough nutrition after the workout i wont train and neither should you.
