Hi everyone,
I've been working out 2/3 times a week with a decent (not great) routine and havent been doing deads or squats (crazy, i know! but i've started doing them now).
Don't really have before pics because I didnt have a camera or a decent phone.
Here's what I look like now. Am I acceptable-looking?:
